Plant Sales Location

To the Arboretum Nursery at Orchard Park:
Take I-80 to Highway 113 North (toward Woodland). Go 2.1 miles on Highway 113 to the Russell Blvd. exit. At the exit stoplight, turn right on to Russell Blvd. Go 0.5 miles. At the second stoplight, turn right onto La Rue Road. Drive a short block to the first stoplight and turn right on to Orchard Road. Park in Visitor Lot 35, the first driveway on your left. Enter the Arboretum Nursery through the gate on the south side of the parking lot.

Tour and Event Meeting Places

To the Arboretum Headquarters:
Take I-80 to the UC Davis exit. Go north into central campus. Turn left at the first opportunity. Go straight across the creek, then turn left on LaRue Road. The headquarters are located in a shingled building on the left. There is 30-minute parking in front of the building.

To the Gazebo:
Take I-80 to the UC Davis exit. Go north into central campus. Turn left at the first opportunity. Go straight across the creek, then turn left on LaRue Road. Continue on LaRue, then turn left on Garrod Drive. Follow Garrod until you see the Gazebo on your left. One-hour parking is available on the street.

To the Arboretum Terrace:
Take 1-80 to the Richards Blvd. exit. Go under the underpass (toward downtown). As you come up, the Terrace will be above you on your left. Turn left at the first opportunity and park in the lot behind the Davis Commons retail center. The Terrace is located next to Borders Books and Music at the northeast end of the center.

To the Wyatt Deck:
Take 1-80 to the Richards Blvd. exit. Go under the underpass (toward downtown). As you come up, veer to the left onto First Street. Follow First Street to a stop sign at B Street, then continue straight ahead for one more block. Turn left onto A Street and cross a small bridge over the Arboretum Waterway. Parking is available at Visitor Parking Lot 5, straight ahead from the stop sign at Old Davis Road and A Street. The Wyatt Deck is located at the west end of the Redwood Grove, across Old Davis Road from the Wyatt Pavilion Theater.

To the Buehler Almuni and Visitors Center:
Take I-80 to the UC Davis exit. Go north into central campus. Turn right
at the first opportunity and park in the parking structure or the
visitor parking lots beyond it. The Visitors Center is located across
the street from the Mondavi Center.

Internet maps can help you with driving directions and estimated travel times to the UC Davis Arboretum. The UC Davis Arboretum is nearly two miles long. The following maps will help you find the Arboretum Headquarters, a Craftsmen-style brown shingled building located on the UC Davis campus, nearby the intersection of La Rue Road and California Avenue. The Headquarters is located about midway along the two-mile stretch of the Arboretum Waterway and collections.

Parking in the nearest parking lot (VP 47 Visitor Parking Lot) costs $6.00/day. Debit or credit cards may be used to obtain a parking permit from a machine in the parking lot. The permit may be used in all Visitor Parking lots on campus. Parking is free on weekends.
