Annual Giving

Please consider making a generous gift to the Friends of the UC Davis Arboretum’s annual appeal. Your donation will help sustain the Arboretum’s plant collections, public gardens, and educational programs, and ensure that the Arboretum continues to strengthen its role as a physical and programmatic gateway to UC Davis.

If you are interested in making a year-end gift for 2012 tax purposes, gifts by check must be postmarked on or before December 31, 2012. Or you may make a year-end donation by credit card through December 31,2012 via UC Davis’ secure website. Log on to http://giving.ucdavis.edu (click on “make a gift now” and select “Arboretum Enhancement Fund” under gift designation). Because the Arboretum has no admission fee, it does not have access to the funding that other museums or cultural organizations utilize to support basic operations. Every year the Arboretum must raise over half of its budget. With significant state budget cuts over the last two years, donor contributions to the Arboretum are more critical than ever this year. The Friends of the UC Davis Arboretum thank you for your help to sustain this extraordinary resource.
