With it, your goals can be earned.

With it, your potential is as high as the sky.
Consider others' thoughts and feelings,
When you assert in all of your dealings.
Directly face the person and talk smoothly,
Ensure high success by talking firmly.
Know when you are ready to begin,
Begin slow, if you do not entirely know. 
Relax when you make mistakes,
Success is often attained in multiple takes.
