How to Order Outdoor Event Services

Please place requests for event-related services at least two (2) weeks in advance through our campus's online work order system. Include all of the following information:

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Date of event
  • Time frame of event, including set-up and clean-up time
  • Start and end time of the event itself
  • Departmental recharge number (4 or 7 digits)
  • Specifics about what you need done, such as:
    • Zero waste set-up and removal (strongly encouraged)
    • Site preparation and clean-up
    • Stage and/or riser rental
    • BBQ rental
    • Adjusted watering schedule
