Celebrating Native Bees and Local Brews

Join us to celebrate fall and the importance of cultivating a good buzz — in your garden — with Sudwerk’s release of Bombus. Latin for buzz, Bombus was created in honor of the California native, yellow-faced bumble bee aka Bombus vosnesenskii and one of its favorite feeding grounds, the UC Davis Arboretum and Public Garden.

Join us for art activities in the Arboretum GATEway Garden during the city’s monthly self-guided artwalk—the ArtAbout and help us kick off the 10th annual National Public Gardens Week which begins the following Monday.

Camp Shakespeare 2019

Campers will explore two productions from DSF’s 2019 season: The Tenth Muse and The Comedy of Errors. Through theatre games, acting workshops, and a culminating show, campers will sharpen their performance skills while having a blast.
