Join us for a volunteer day!

Come and join our Learning by Leading™ Urban Tree Stewardship team to help care for the young trees in our Texas Tree Trials Research Grove! Learn about this climate change experiment and help mulch and weed around these important trees to ensure that they have the opportunity to grow and thrive. Volunteers should wear sturdy closed toe shoes, a sun hat and clothes that they don't mind getting dirty. Long pants and sleeves are recommended. Don't forget to bring a water bottle!

Meeting Location

Texas Tree Trials Research Grove (west of La Rue Rd and Arboretum Drive intersection on upper Arboretum path). Parking is free on campus on the weekends, and Lot 46 is nearby.
