Field Trial Monitoring Results
Excellent potential utility as an urban tree based on evaluation of 12 trees, healthy crown, 100% survival, fast growth rate. Signs of chlorosis and pest damage found on some individuals.
Propagation Results

We had great germination with fresh seed sown outside in a hoop house exposed to cold temperatures. We had very poor germination with 3 month old seed put through cold stratification in refrigerator. Seedlings are moderately fast growing, but suffer from high boron and sodium water.
