              Good potential utility as an urban tree based on evaluation of 4 trees, healthy crown, 100% survival, fast growth rate. Branch dieback on one individual. Species is variable, likely due to hybridization in its natural habitat.
Propagation Results
              We got good germination, with fresh seed sown in October. They are moderately slow growing.
